Medical Electronics Design

OA Innovations has extensive experience related to medical electronic design and devices. We have successfully designed and built a number of medical related projects including; an entire 256 channel high quality ultrasound analog subsystem, a high voltage RF source for plasma generation, and an RF power supply for implantable devices.

Typically our medical device clients fall into two categories:

Large companies that have the logistical resources to deal with FDA compliance but need the technical expertise to back up their proposed medical device electronics. Here we can assist with all design aspects between specification, conceptual design and pre-production.

Small well-funded medical device start-ups that have a brilliant idea but need the skill set to be able to convert that concept into a practical reality. Here we would work with the client typically from concept, developing specifications and building working first-article designs and helping them to be prepared for their next round of funding to cover FDA approval and clinical trials.
